Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please cancel not later than 24 hours before appointment. Otherwise a $50 or 50% of cost of missed appointment, which ever is greater, will be charged as cancellation/no show fee.

Refund Policy

Sometimes the massage or other service we provide may not meet your expectations.  This needs to be brought to our attention at point of the service(s) in the first 15 minutes.  If you do not question our service attitude and charging standards, we will regard it as your permission for the service to continue. After 20 minutes, we will refuse to refund.

Client Code of Conduct

At Lotus SPA, we are committed to providing an exceptional wellness experience in a serene and professional environment. To ensure the comfort, safety, and respect of all our clients and staff, we kindly request adherence to the following code of conduct:

  1. Respect and Courtesy: Treat all staff and fellow clients with respect and courtesy at all times. Discriminatory language, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure that subsequent clients are not delayed.
  3. Communication: Communicate openly with your therapist about your comfort level, any health-related concerns, or specific areas that require attention. Our therapists are here to ensure a personalized and comfortable experience.
  4. Privacy and Modesty: Privacy and modesty will be respected at all times. Clients are covered with a sheet or towel during their session, with only the area being worked on exposed.
  5. Hygiene: For the comfort of all parties, we ask clients to maintain good personal hygiene and request that you avoid wearing strong fragrances to your appointment.
  6. Health and Safety: Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to your session. This is essential for your safety and enables us to provide the most appropriate and effective service.
  7. Noise Level: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask clients to silence mobile devices and speak softly within the spa premises.
  8. No Solicitation: Soliciting business from our therapists or other clients within the premises is strictly prohibited.
  9. Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  10. Jewelry and Valuables: Please note that Lotus Spa does not provide lockers. Guests are individually responsible for their jewelry and other valuables during their visit. We recommend keeping such items secure and with you at all times or in the pockets of your clothing.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in the termination of your session or refusal of future services. This policy is in place to ensure that Lotus SPA remains a sanctuary for wellness and relaxation. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you.
